New Mode of Communication

The Virginia SOAR Program has grown exponentially over the last 24 months, creating an amazing network of Certified SOAR Workers and professionals. As we have moved through this growth we have struggled with having a centralized way to communicate important announcements/updates about our program. In an effort to move away from sole use of email for communication, we are beginning this blog to act as an easy to use/navigate landing site. As this blog grows, I will invite Virginia SOAR workers, national SOAR workers, SSA/DDS, and experts from our TA Center to share about innovative ideas and effective programming.

Your Input is Needed

While we include information about changes to SOAR processing, new procedures with SSA/DDS, and training announcements, this site can include even more. Please let me know your ideas for what you like to see included here. This is here to support our awesome community of SOAR Workers! #SOARWorks!
